Educational Advantages

ONE HUNDRED MEN provides transformational and empowering workshops and keynote presentations that are designed to offer men a different perspective on life. The services are designed to help improve men’s understanding of the long-term effects of their actions.

The required intake process will give ONE HUNDRED MEN Coaches the ability to understand each mentee’s needs.

There will be an initial intake process that each mentee(s) will be required to complete so the Coaches will have the ability to understand each mentee(s) needs.

• What is your dream? What are you doing or not doing to achieve that dream?

• What kind of man do you want to be? What will you need to do to become that man?

• What are you afraid of?

• How does peer pressure affect you?

• What are you most proud of and least proud of?

• Have you ever been bullied or been the bully?

Each Mentor will have a team of 20 mentees.  The group mentoring model allows the ONE HUNDRED MEN Coach Leaders, and Director to monitor and evaluate the Mentors’ interactions with the mentees. All Mentors are trained to spot signs of predatory behavior.
